How to connect Claude

    Add the connector in Claude

    Open Claude at claude.ai or in the desktop app, then go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Paste the address below. You can leave the Client ID and Client secret fields blank.

    Sign in and choose companies

    Sign in with your tulos.ai account and choose which companies Claude can access. Allow it to propose changes, or give it read-only access.

    Start a conversation

    Ask about your accounts in your own words. You can change which companies Claude can access or disconnect at any time in tulos.ai under Settings → AI connectors.

Control and security

AI assistance. You're in control.

Claude acts on your behalf, using your access permissions and only for the companies you choose.

  • OAuth sign-in

    You sign in to tulos.ai with your own account. Your password is never shared with Claude.

  • Your existing permissions

    Claude can only view data and propose changes that your user role allows.

  • Read-only mode

    You can limit Claude to viewing data. In read-only mode, it cannot propose or make changes.

  • Approval for every change

    Entries are posted, invoices are sent and returns are filed only after you approve the corresponding tasks.

  • Audit trail

    Proposals, approvals and rejections are recorded per user and company.

  • Disconnect at any time

    Revoke access to individual companies or disconnect entirely in tulos.ai settings.

Claude connector FAQ

What is MCP?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants such as Claude use external services securely. The tulos.ai MCP server gives Claude access to your books with the permissions you choose.

Does the Claude connector cost extra?

No. The Claude connector is included in every tulos.ai plan. You'll also need a Claude account that supports custom connectors.

Can Claude post or send anything without my permission?

No. Every proposed change becomes a task for you to approve. Nothing is posted, sent or changed until you approve the task in chat or in tulos.ai.

What data can Claude see?

Claude can only see data from the companies you selected when connecting, within the limits of your user role. It retrieves data when needed to answer your question.

Does it work in Claude Code and other MCP apps?

The Claude web app, desktop app and Claude Code are supported. Support for other MCP apps will follow.

How do I disconnect?

In tulos.ai, go to Settings → AI connectors. You can revoke access to individual companies or disconnect entirely. You can also remove the connector in Claude's settings.
