How much work does onboarding require from the firm?
The goal is to keep the firm’s workload light: choose the starting point, import the necessary material and make sure document collection, posting suggestions and reviews work in daily practice. We help with onboarding and data migration.
Does tulos.ai replace the accountant?
No. AI can help with routines and suggestions, but the accountant makes the professional judgement, handles client communication and remains responsible for the outcome.
What do our clients see in tulos.ai?
The client sees their own company’s material, reports, open tasks and messages to the extent the accounting firm grants access. The firm controls permissions, visibility and workflow client by client.
Can we export our data if we switch systems?
Yes. Your data is always yours. You can export the chart of accounts, documents, accounting data and client base in standard file formats without an extra fee.
Is pricing per client or per user?
Pricing is based on active client companies. The accounting firm’s own users, such as accountants, reviewers and management, are included without a separate user fee. We do not want to price growth so that a more efficient team pays more just because it has more users.
